Cost Issues of Ailit Products

I. Why is the cost of Ailit profits wrong?

A: 1. When there is an inventory list or an opening inventory, the initial cost price needs to be filled in;

2. The initial cost price must be filled in at the time of negative EX-warehouse;

3. Purchase Orders should also be filled in with the correct prices.

Reasons:

Inventory Statistics Report/Billing Interface: by the current/balance cost; Sales Statistics Report: according to the sales cost and gross profit at the time - i.e., in the inventory statistics report, take the cost of sales tickets at that time

II. Are the profits of Ailit package products wrong?

A: If the cost prices of the products are correct, the wrong profits are resulted from not filling in the retail and wholesale prices of the products at the time of previous billing sales.

Processing modes are as follows:

Step 1. Find the incorrect product in the product list, and fill in the retail price and wholesale price;

Step 2. Find the previous documents in the sales ticket list, click on “Modify” and do nothing, and then click on “Save”; -- that is to save the documents again, without any other operation;

Step 3. The profits will become normal after the above processing.
